This role involves enhancing and maintaining existing dashboards while collaborating closely with business partners and data teams to improve performance and user experience.

Responsibilities
Partner directly with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and translate requirements into Tableau dashboard solutions
Enhance and optimize existing Tableau dashboards to improve performance, usability, and visual clarity
Improve dashboard UX, layout, and overall user experience
Maintain and iterate on current dashboards, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business needs
Proactively suggest and implement enhancements to existing dashboard frameworks
Communicate updates, changes, and insights clearly back to business users
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure dashboards support decision-making and operational goals
Document dashboard changes, enhancements, and workflows as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience with Tableau dashboard development and optimization
Proven ability to work directly with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements
Experience improving dashboard performance, UX, and data layout
Ability to take ownership of work and operate independently with minimal supervision
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
Comfort working with financial or numerical data
Preferred
Experience in financial services or asset management
Familiarity with financial data and terminology
Exposure to Power BI (nice to have, not required)
Salesforce experience is a plus
