Responsibilities
Full cycle recruiting for our assigned business unit’s front-line positions
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
Build and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future positions
Promoting PrimeFlight Aviation as an employer of choice by highlighting our culture, values, and opportunity for growth
Create SOPs and workflow efficiencies across the Recruiting function
Represent Recruiting for startups and new business
Conduct high volume, repetitive daily touch points with candidates through various communication channels including calls, e-Mail and texting
Train and develop new hire Recruiters
Schedule and coordinate interviews with the hiring managers
Perform any additional duties as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience recruiting skilled labor and high-volume hourly recruiting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
Strong attention to detail
Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Must be flexible to work extended hours on occasion to support our field operations
Excellent dependability and attendance
Travel requirement less than 25%
18 years of age or older
Eligible to work in the United States
Ability to work in office, onsite, Monday-Friday
Pass a background check and drug screen
