New Grad, Entry LevelUnited Wholesale Mortgage is seeking a Campus Building Engineer to assist in the repair and maintenance of various building systems across their Corporate Campus. The role involves maintaining HVAC systems, responding to emergencies, and performing general repairs while ensuring safety procedures are followed.

Responsibilities
Maintain and monitoring of the building automation system
Provide preventative maintenance on the HVAC systems
Ensure all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment is properly installed and maintained
Inventory of critical building maintenance supplies
Respond to emergency situations
General repairs and maintenance
Must be able to perform all physical aspects of the job, including but not limited to bending, lifting, reaching, and pulling of heavy mechanical equipment
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma
Boiler operations license
HVAC refrigerant license
Centrifugal Chiller experience
Fire panel experience
Physical plant experience
Make independent and good judgement decisions within proper policy and procedures
Must be detailed oriented and have satisfactory literacy and writing, documentation, communications and interpersonal abilities along with basic computer skills
Sometimes be able to work alone responsibly and without supervision
Meet all legal requirements to be able to work in the United States

Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with team members, vendors and the public, to understand and follow standard operating procedures, to perform duties in a professional manner and appearance
Meet minimum requirements set by insurer to drive a company vehicle
No moving traffic violations set by insurer to drive a company vehicle
No at fault accidents in the past 3 years
Have not had a driver's license denied, suspended or revoked in the last 3 years
No driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUI) convictions in the last 3 years
