Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related field
Teaching certification or equivalent professional training
Strong pedagogical understanding of Computer Science instruction, assessment, and differentiation
Commitment to ongoing professional learning and development
Demonstrates expert knowledge of Computer Science content and effective instructional practices
Designs coherent sequences of lessons that deepen understanding and build complex skills
Uses formative and summative assessment to guide instruction, diagnose learning needs, and provide actionable feedback
Understands how young people develop and learns to personalize instruction based on ability, background, interests, and learning needs
Creates and maintains high expectations for student progress, behaviour, and classroom culture
