Responsibilities

Develop and execute cross‑functional strategies that expand revenue across new and existing markets
Identify growth levers, emerging opportunities, and operational gaps to increase revenue yield and business scalability
Partner with marketing, product development, finance, and customer success to build integrated go‑to‑market plans
Create a seamless customer journey from lead generation to long‑term retention
Lead sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline governance, territory planning, and process optimization
Implement best‑in‑class tools, playbooks, and workflows to increase sales productivity and efficiency
Build analytical frameworks to evaluate market trends, pricing models, and revenue performance
Track KPIs and operational metrics, identifying trends and driving action plans to improve results
Conduct competitive and market research to strengthen pricing strategies and value positioning
Stay current on industry trends to help AvaSure maintain a leadership edge in virtual care innovation

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, analytics, or related field
8+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or similar leadership roles
Proven success leading cross-functional teams and large-scale initiatives
Strong analytical skills with expertise in forecasting, data modeling, and market research
Exceptional communication, executive presence, and change management abilities
Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Self‑motivated and able to manage multiple priorities
Thrives under deadlines and shifting business needs
Strong critical thinker and confident decision‑maker
Excellent customer service mindset
Ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams
Must be able to sit for much of the workday with periodic walking and/or standing
Must be able to work in an office environment
This role may require some travel

Preferred

MBA preferred
Experience with CRMs: Dynamics or Salesforce preferred
