Responsibilities
Identify, extract, standardize, and analyze pricing and financial data from multiple business systems to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Prepare sound financial and business analyses that balance organizational profitability with customer value
Translate strategic plans into executable actions, meeting commitments, schedules, and performance goals
Lead and support cross-functional teams on pricing, compliance, and business transformation initiatives
Communicate complex pricing and financial information clearly and effectively to leadership and stakeholders
Support pricing growth initiatives through continuous improvement, productivity enhancements, and margin expansion
Contribute to business cases, competitive assessments, risk mitigation strategies, and negotiation planning
Prepare FAR 12 and FAR 15 (TINA-compliant) proposals for U.S. Government agencies and prime contractors
Support pricing proposals for non-U.S. government customers as required
Qualification
Required
2.5+ years of direct government or defense pricing experience OR 5+ years of related experience in pricing, finance, accounting, supply chain, or business analysis
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business discipline
Strong knowledge of government purchasing rules and regulations, including FAR
Proficiency with MS Office tools, especially Excel; experience with SAP preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Preferred
PMP, Six Sigma, or Supply Chain certification
Experience in cost accounting, pricing, or marketing within a government or defense environment
Experience acting as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders
Strong negotiation and influencing skills
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and drive process improvements
Intermediate experience with Power BI, SAP, Siebel databases, BI/BO tools
