Responsibilities

Lead all tasks related to bringing retail physical editions to market, as well as vinyl and merchandise releases direct-to-consumer
Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with company objectives and market opportunities
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform branding decisions
Define and articulate the brand’s unique value proposition, positions, and messaging across all channels
Plan, create, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns, including advertising, digital marketing, social media, and public relations
Oversee the creation of compelling content, including advertisements, blog posts, social media updates, and promotional materials
Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and channels
Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive brand experiences
Monitor and analyze the performance of branding initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement
Manage the brand budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI

Required

Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
5+ years of experience in brand management or marketing

Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and organization skills

Preferred

Experience in the games industry is a plus
