The role involves coordinating with different departments to ensure projects are completed efficiently and performing administrative tasks such as preparing invoices and scheduling meetings.

Responsibilities
Support confidential business development activities by maintaining confidential decks and proactively working with the research/ clinical/ regulatory and quality teams to keep them updated
Create new visuals to provide material to senior management for presentations
Understand and provide assistance to populate the dataroom for investor and business development activities
Support different departments in creating a central database of documents, data, and background information
Support program workstreams with cadence meetings, scheduling, and organizing documents to keep the program running based on the principles of project/ program management
Liaise with all departments to maintain and monitor programs within the time, quality, and budget forecasts
Other duties, as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Proven work experience as an Assistant Project Manager or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
Highly organized and able to multitask and oversee several projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Relevant training and/or certifications in Project Management
