Responsibilities
Prepare all driver sales commission payments
Balance the weekly zero shrinkage reports. Calculate weekly and quarterly to-date zero shrinkage
Update the zero shrinkage report on sales board
Assemble list for each driver and manager of renewed contracts quarterly
Submit renewed contracts to general manager for signature. Produces thank you letters for service manager’s signature. Updates contact information in AS400
Conduct and scores testing for service department applicants
Complete all weekly feeder reports for Denver’s management report
Prepare graph sheets for drivers
Prepare employee development feeders for drivers, service manager, district route sales managers and director of customer relations
Calculate garment cost for drivers
Calculate credits for drivers
Order necessary supplies for office
Upkeep shuttle lists
Make all follow up phone calls for the department
Qualification
Required
High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience answering multiple telephone lines
Excellent Communication Skills in the English Language
Operating knowledge of office equipment (Copier, Fax machine, Postage Meter)
Software experience in Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
AS400 Experience
Ten Key by Touch
Type 40 WPM
Good Organizational Skills

Exceptional analytical ability
Capable of problem solving and dealing with difficult customers within our values
