This role involves supporting the Bedford Counseling Associates and Medication Services programs by performing various administrative tasks, including data entry, managing patient correspondence, and assisting clinical staff.

Providing support to the clinical and medical staff
Completing a variety of tasks associated with processing reports
Ordering supplies
Answering, screening and processing phone calls for the department
Data entry into EMR
Managing patient correspondence
Conducting meet and greet activities both for in person service and through telehealth
Qualification
Required
Must have excellent communication skills
Proven organizational skills, an ability to multi-task, and data entry proficiency
Computer experience, attention to detail, and confidentiality are a must
Answer and route incoming phone calls to ensure that programs are represented professionally
The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent
Commitment to teamwork
Self-Starter, Independent
Time management and organizational skills are a must
Excellent communication ability with co-workers, staff, clients, and community partners
