Responsibilities
Work with Product Security, Software, and IT engineers to execute the Infrastructure and Tools team scope of work
Interface effectively with multiple technical disciplines in a team environment
Assist in transforming the existing Test IT Infrastructure and Tools
Design networks and complex IT Infrastructure, including redundancy and disaster recovery systems
Contribute to initiatives to upgrade existing infrastructure and lead the adoption of the latest technologies
Implement best practices to manage a network server room
Develop engineering documentation and processes to reduce waste and maximize repeatability
Setup of infrastructure tools and environments such as Servers, Virtual Machine, Storage, Network/Firewall
Champion Lab Excellence initiatives to continuously improve the server room environment
Work in a hands-on lab environment with a variety of different types of test equipment
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience managing large servers and IT systems, both bare metal and virtual machines
Experience managing and troubleshooting Networking layer 2 and 3, switches, routers, and firewalls
Experience with Client Administration and Upgrades
Experience managing cloud services (AWS and Azure)
Experience managing data backup
Strong documentation, communication, and coordination abilities
Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry
Preferred
Holds a Security Certification
Holds Client Certification(s)
10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge of Agile Methodologies
Experience with Ansible, Client Aria, Power CLI Automation
Experience in Mix Unix/Linux and Windows, Client, NAS/SAN Storage environment
Experience with hybrid cloud environment
5 or more years leading technical teams
An active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance and current Tier 5 (T5)
