Assist, plan and conduct in a wide variety of analytical and administrative functions related to human resources in the area of recruitment, classification, compensation, benefits, employee and organizational development, risk management and loss prevention
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in public, business or human resources administration, finance, accounting, business management, international business, information systems, communication, communication design, marketing, economics, economic development, political science, English, psychology, social science, sociology, behavioral science, or criminal justice and two (2) years of experience performing professional level human resources work in the private or public sector
OR Associate's degree from an accredited college or university in public, business or human resources administration, finance, accounting, business management, international business, information systems, communication, communication design, marketing, economics, economic development, political science, English, psychology, social science, sociology, behavioral science, or criminal justice and four (4) years of experience performing professional level human resources work in the private or public sector
Valid California Driver's license
This position may require pre-employment drug test, physical examination, and fingerprinting for a background investigation
