Luxury Sales & Client Development Manager
Online Vacation Center is a family owned and operated company based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, focusing on diversified vacation marketing. They are seeking a Luxury Sales & Client Development Manager to manage inbound sales and customer service inquiries, conduct outbound calls to luxury clients, and provide consultative communications to close sales.
Responsibilities
Managing inbound sales and customer service inquires via multiple channels: telephone, email, SMS, chat, etc
Outbound calling to past and current luxury clients with a goal of retention & reacquisition (expectation of 30-50 dials per day)
Consultative client communications in order to identify and advise clients on the best vacation options for them based on their values and preferences & closing sales
Accurately providing pricing & inclusion details, logistical execution of confirming travel reservations, and thorough documentation
Setting client expectations and providing timely & courteous customer service to high-end luxury clients
Qualification
Required
Self-motivated sales & customer service professionals with a passion for international travel (personal international/cruise travel experience preferred)
Technologically savvy individuals that are detail oriented
Resourceful individuals with a hunger for problem solving, exceeding expectations & achieving goals
Energetic, compassionate and patient individuals that want to foster long term client relationships & brand loyalty

Minimum three years of sales and/or telephone customer relationship management experience
Experience with high-dollar transactions and clientele
Luxury travel sales experience (cruises, land tours, all-inclusive resorts, or hotels) a plus
Aptitude for multi-tasking and operating multiple systems
Superior administrative skills and attention to detail
Genuine desire to connect with and provide value to our database of savvy travelers for lasting relationships
