Responsibilities
Provide administrative and clerical support to the tax team
Assist with organizing client documents and maintaining digital files
Enter and verify basic financial and tax-related data in firm systems
Support tax staff with preparation, review, and follow-up tasks as needed
Help manage deadlines and workflow during peak tax periods
Qualification
Required
Graduate or currently enrolled in a graduate or master's program in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and document management tools
Ability to follow instructions, manage tasks, and maintain confidentiality
