Required

minimum of 1 year of IT help desk experience
exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
ability to multitask
ability to prioritize
ability to train end users
ability to organize a busy workload
strong knowledge of Windows Operating System
strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
basic hardware knowledge
experience troubleshooting software incompatibilities
experience connecting peripheral components
experience with PC hardware issues and upgrades
ability to lift 25 lbs
