Special Events Assistant
Weber State University is committed to creating an inclusive environment and is seeking a Special Events Assistant for their Campus Recreation department. The role involves facilitating special events, providing customer service to campus visitors, and ensuring the proper setup and takedown of events.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the set-up, take down, and overall facilitation of select special events for Campus Recreation
Provides quality customer service to conference and camp groups visiting campus and using Campus Recreation’s equipment and facilities
Qualification
Required
Must be a current WSU student enrolled in 12 or more credit hours
Minimum of three months continuous employment in any area of Campus Recreation
American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer/AED and First Aid certifications are required prior to working
Must possess excellent interpersonal communication and relational service skills
Preferred
Previous experience working a variety of special events
