Qualification
Required
3–6+ years in B2B marketing, growth, or demand generation
Early-stage startup experience (Seed or Series A)
Experience marketing to staffing firms, HR teams, or enterprise B2B buyers
Hands-on experience with demand gen, ABM, and lifecycle campaigns
Preferred
Experience marketing recruiting, HR tech, or staffing products
Familiarity with healthcare staffing or high-volume hiring
Experience with HubSpot, Apollo, and LinkedIn Ads
