Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the sales team and sales management
Process sales orders, contracts, and service agreements accurately and timely
Maintain and update customer and sales data in CRM and billing systems
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance tracking documents
Coordinate with provisioning, billing, and customer support teams to ensure successful order fulfillment
Assist with pricing requests, quotes, and contract documentation
Manage sales documentation, presentations, and proposal materials
Support onboarding of new sales team members
Ensure compliance with company policies and telecom regulations
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree preferred)
1–3 years of sales administration, administrative support, or telecom experience preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Preferred
associate or bachelor's degree
1–3 years of sales administration, administrative support, or telecom experience
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) a plus
