Inventory Management Specialist
ER2 is a company focused on sustainable growth and technology hardware solutions. They are seeking an Inventory Management Specialist responsible for analyzing data to ensure timely resource purchasing and collaborating with team members on priority and resource needs.

Responsibilities
Analyze overnight stock alerts and low inventory notifications to take immediate action
Perform part-outs and efficient harvesting of usable components from disposal units
Process incoming purchase orders and report potential equipment damage
Conduct regular cycle counts and track inventory across all product categories
Submit purchase order requests to Team Leader for approval
Coordinate with vendors on known defects and replacement parts
Perform quality inspections on all received parts before inventory placement
Collaborate with repair teams to understand immediate and upcoming parts needs
Maintain focus and minimize distractions to maximize productivity
Collaborate effectively, promoting open communication and active listening
Maintain professional communication across various platforms
Perform daily 3S (sort, sweep, standardize) tasks to keep the department clean
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and assist other departments
Commitment to continuous improvement and excellence
Proficiency in inventory management systems and related software
Data analyst on purchase request needed to ensure stock is present
2 yrs Inventory Management experience preferred
Capable of managing and keeping an accurate inventory
Be able to work with little to no supervision
Be dependable
Have great attention to detail
Have a desire to work in an ever-changing environment
Willingness and capability to flex and work in other departments when needed
The ability to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects as needed 50+ lbs
Ability to work and look at a computer screen for extended hours per day
The ability to stand in one place for extended periods of time without fatiguing
Legally authorized to work in the United States
The ability to speak/read English fluently
Must pass background screening. 'Pass' for us is defined as no theft related felony within the past 7 years
Must complete drug screen upon hire
