Responsibilities
Support the ownership of sales forecasting and pipeline reporting. You will analyze performance metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights via dashboards in Salesforce (SFDC) and Excel
Manage and optimize the end-to-end sales process. This includes automating workflows to ensure seamless handoffs between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Patient Access teams
Serve as the primary support for day-to-day SFDC functions, ensuring data integrity, governance, and reporting accuracy
Partner with Finance to track commission structures, ensuring accurate payouts and providing visibility into earnings and quotas for the sales team
Work closely with Commercial, Finance, and IT teams to align on corporate goals and automate data flows between systems
Work closely with management teams to translate corporate goals into executional insights for analysis and reporting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
3–5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Finance, Data Science
Strong proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), data visualization tools, and financial modeling using Excel
Ability to manipulate data sets via SQL, SOQL, PowerBI, or Python
Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies and improve operational productivity
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across various departments
Must be able to work at the office three days a week
