Responsibilities
Drive content execution via keyword/prompt/topic/entity research competitor analysis and audience intent mapping
Create SEO briefs for net-new content and optimizations that help our writers create highly structured relevant content that satisfies user intent and surfaces in search
Provide regular reporting on SEO/AI visibility and performance
Partner with other SEO team members to research and test strategies for emerging AI search landscapes
Collaborate with paid media and other digital content teams to ensure a cohesive online presence
Work with Web and UX teams to improve on-page performance metrics for key landers
Stay current on latest news & trends in SEO/GEO/AEO industry
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and min. 2-4 years SEO experience
Experience in an YMYL industry (insurance, fintech, or health)
Track record of driving measurable performance improvements
Skilled with relevant industry software such as Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Google Search Console etc
Working knowledge of HTML - Bonus points for CSS, Javascript, or Python proficiency
Strong understanding of foundational SEO elements content structure user intent and how to craft content for both search engines and humans
Familiarity with how LLMs operate and an enthusiasm to learn more
Comfortable testing and utilizing AI tools for tasks and workflows
Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
Able to analyze large data sets and derive actionable insights
The ability to collaborate with stakeholders across channels
Resourceful autonomous curious
