Responsibilities
Low voltage cabling and terminations
Fiber cabling and terminations
HMLP hardware installations
Basic Network Programming (Patch panel port configuration)
Signage (digital) installation and maintenance
Camera installation and maintenance
Building IT hardware installations, such as Wi-Fi access points
Power connections and runs
Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work
Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)
Create Work Orders and Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule
Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance
Operating appropriate equipment to conduct work
Ability to be on call to support operational issues with cameras, signage, sensors, etc
Other duties as assigned or requested
Qualification
Required
Low voltage cabling and terminations
Fiber cabling and terminations

Able to hear and speak on the telephone
Close visual work on a computer terminal
Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate any required computer keyboard, mouse, and other technical instruments
Able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs
