This role provides assistance to the Marketing Materials Compliance team with operational tasks and change management support for key marketing technology change efforts.

Responsibilities
Provide operational support to the Marketing Materials Compliance team
Assist with change management efforts related to marketing technology initiatives
Support documentation, communication, and tracking of compliance-related activities
Collaborate across NM applications and business partners to support compliance workflows
Contribute to project outcomes through strong organization, accuracy, and follow-through
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of related experience in compliance, marketing, or a similar field
Demonstrated ability to successfully contribute to project-based work
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Experience supporting documentation and communication efforts
Experience working with data and/or Power BI is a plus
Client registrations not required; candidate status is non-registered fingerprinted
Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position
Able to work as a W2 employee of Genesis10 (no corp to corp)
