They are hiring a route-based Customer Service Representative who will deliver and pick up linens and supplies, manage customer inventory levels, and handle customer issues professionally.

Responsibilities
Deliver/pick up linens & supplies; verify tickets and collect signatures
Manage customer inventory levels (keep them stocked—not buried)
Use mobile tools to document service, routes, and updates
Handle customer issues professionally (fix what you can, escalate what you can’t)
Identify add-ons that genuinely help customers (mats, paper/soap, aprons, etc.)
Collect payments when needed and keep documentation accurate
Drive safely, complete pre/post-trip inspections, and support our safety culture
Qualification
Required
Valid driver's license; comfortable driving a box truck (training provided)
Able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs. repeatedly
Comfortable using mobile apps daily
Background check + drug screening required for fleet drivers
