Responsibilities
Prepare individual, corporate, and partnership income tax returns
Handle general accounting duties, including preparation of general ledger (GL) entries
Calculate and prepare estimated federal and state income tax payments
Conduct year-end accrual reviews and prepare tax provisions
Prepare various personal property and other business tax filings (Annual Reports, Intangible Tax, Sales & Use Tax)
Ensure accuracy and compliance with all federal, state, and local tax regulations
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2+ years of recent experience in a Public Accounting or CPA firm (CPA license not required)
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Hands-on experience preparing and/or reviewing individual and business tax returns
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with FastTrack or similar tax software
Proven experience with complex tax preparation, including corporate returns
Preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish
