Project-managing 1-2 strategic workstreams alongside senior investors and enablement teams
Shaping and defining long-term vision and strategies, and driving progress toward those goals
Lead cross-department programs and special projects
Partner with senior investors on targeted changes to operating model designs
Designing and implementing new approaches to onboarding, training, and developing high-caliber junior and mid-career talent
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project, program, and/or operational management in financial services firm
Have a passion for operational excellence
Proven track record of ability to manage and execute on many concurrent threads across different initiatives and stakeholders
