Responsibilities
Maintains and updates the corporate website and employee intranet by designing graphics, writing copy, performing analytics, and creating multimedia items for online use
Supports website development, including the implementation of new and updated functions and features
Optimize website interface, data, and copy to ensure a friendly user experience and maximum web traffic
Assists in search engine optimization efforts by including appropriate keywords in website materials and conducting competitive assessments
Participates in marketing campaign execution from design, content creation, and layout to distribution and reporting
Identifies, tests, and implements new opportunities and functionality to improve website user experience
Supports behavioral research activities to provide insight and strategies for marketing programs
Coordinates with the Public Relations Department to develop and execute digital content advertising campaigns across a variety of channels
Utilizes web analytics to gain actionable data and insights for marketing activities
Contributes to the organization’s social media strategy and enhances customer online engagement
Measure social media program impact in order to determine campaign effectiveness and maximize engagement
Collaborates with the Public Relations Director to ensure excellent customer service and to address all questions, concerns, and comments in a timely manner
Assists with managing mobile marketing efforts including maintaining mobile web site content, executing text message strategies, and developing mobile app marketing functionality
Performs other job-related activities as requested
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
2+ years of experience in marketing, public relations, or related field required
Preferred
Associates Degree in communications, marketing, or graphic design preferred
