Responsibilities
Vision & Strategy: Define the long-term vision for the design system and align it with business goals
Governance: Establish and maintain rules and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across products
Roadmap Management: Prioritize and manage the design system roadmap, including new features and updates
Collaboration & Communication: Facilitate effective communication between design, engineering, and product teams
Adoption & Training: Promote system adoption and provide training and support to users
Feedback Collection: Gather user feedback to identify improvements and ensure system relevance
Accessibility & Inclusion: Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
System Maintenance: Maintain and evolve documentation, code, and design assets
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with design systems and understanding of both development and design aspects
Experience working with large-scale or atomized design systems across global or multi-regional contexts
Figma (Advanced)
Storybook (Intermediate)
Git (Intermediate)
Fluent in English
