Responsibilities
Provide oversight of credentialing database operations and assist in leading the team in daily activities
Perform Administrator functions such as coordination with vendor, partnering with colleagues who manage downstream systems, and training end-users
Provide configuration and management of database, documents, security, reports, workflow processes, and database module functionality
Coordinate team assignments and operations
Provide direction, orientation, and training to team members
Provide proactive and reactive data management support and training to system users
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1 year of experience
Candidate MUST have experience with managing MSOW, CredentialStream, or other credentialing databases such as Cactus (sympir), MDStaff, QGenda, database BEYOND end user experience
Experience in user-end database administration, IT/tech savvy, and project management-related experience (not a formal Project Manager)
