Responsibilities

Work on many different data analytics and process management tools to both improve and improvise operations aligning with current business needs
Analyze existing usage of tools, aid in developing new tools and participate in ongoing metrics and data centric initiatives to serve the growing Biogen pipeline
Work on day-to-day Clinical Site Support queries by helping the team action on critical tickets and be part of the issue resolution process to align with current good clinical practice
Participate and assist project leads in projects part of the Global Clinical Supply Chain Roadmap aimed at driving both process and workforce efficiency
Assist in developing and preparing metrics, dashboards and KPI reporting for the team

Required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Driven and motivated to learn and contribute to the team and be a self starter
Good attention to detail, ability to analyze complex data sets and present crisp and concise updates
Able and willing to participate in team cultural initiatives
Legal authorization to work in the U.S
At least 18 years of age prior to the scheduled start date
Currently enrolled in an accredited community college, college, university or skills program/apprenticeship
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in an Arts, Science or Management field with at least one year of completed at the time of starting internship
