Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars and scheduling across multiple time zones
Coordinate travel and process expense reports
Organize and support revenue team activities (staff meetings, all-hands, off-sites, events)
Track and drive completion of key deliverables; follow up on outstanding items
Partner closely with the Senior EA to the CRO and other EAs on collaborative projects
Draft, edit, and prepare documents with attention to detail and brand consistency
Absolute discretion in handling confidential and sensitive business information
Must be okay with 3-5 days onsite + travel to other CW offices as needed
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years providing executive support at VP/C-suite level
Strong project management skills
Experience with Google Suite, Google Calendar, Slack, Microsoft Office
Event planning for large (100+ people) and logistics experience
Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proven process-improvement mindset
High levels of integrity and discretion
Impeccable attention to detail
Ability to work independently while coordinating across multiple teams and time zones
Comfortable prioritizing and managing multiple assignments simultaneously
