This role is primarily remote but requires occasional onsite presence in the Dallas/Fort Worth area for key meetings, planning sessions, and project milestones.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget targets are met
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies
Coordinate with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership to ensure alignment and clear communication
Facilitate requirements gathering, solution planning, and implementation activities
Monitor project progress and provide regular status reporting to stakeholders and leadership
Identify, document, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
Support change management and user adoption efforts
Ensure projects follow organizational governance, security, and compliance standards
Lead project meetings, steering committees, and post-implementation reviews
Qualification
Required
5+ years of IT Project Management experience
Proven experience delivering enterprise technology or systems projects
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid)
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Experience managing cross-functional technical teams
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
