Responsibilities
Grow and maintain relationships with key clients to produce topline business, including room, food & beverage, and catering/banquet revenues
Strategize, implement, and accomplish quarterly sales plans
Work in partnership with Regional Sales, Revenue and Operation teams forecasting & budgeting revenue and expenses
Lead and partner with operational departments relating to all sales outcomes
Champion brand and company reputation, cultivating relationships with local community groups, companies, entertain and/or travel to events to generate business
Proactively conduct sales blitzes, outside sales, inside sales, and/or new conversations to spark new leads
Be a closer! Negotiate, flex, adopt, maximize, optimize to close business
Qualification
Required
Valid Driver's License
3+ years hotel sales within major brands and/or 3+ years non-hotel, proven sales leadership experience
Ability to learn systems technology
Displays a magnitude of professionalism, being your best-self
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills a must
Experience with direct client relationships (B2B and/or B2C)
Accustom to meeting and exceeding sales and/or revenue goals
Have a creative, innovated, and out-side the box sales mindset
Systems Proficiency: Delphi FDC, Profit Sword and Hospitality (Brand) Systems
