Responsibilities
Support the monthly close & forecasting process for Accelerate financials; validate and analyze results while identifying key risks and opportunities
Opportunity to lead many internal / external stakeholder discussions and support supervisor in leading most discussions with executive leadership, difficult commercial discussions / proposals
Support the annual budget and quarterly re-forecast processes, with opportunity to own full P&L of one or several Accelerate business lines
Collaborate with accounting teams and other business partners at all levels of the organization in the analysis of financial performance
Provide ad hoc analysis to leadership to help articulate business performance and trends
Develop process solutions through automation, standardization, and innovation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or equivalent experience in a finance role
A minimum of 2 years of Finance experience is required
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, including prior experience with modeling, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including creating PowerPoint presentations
Strong analytical skills and decision-making abilities
Effective communication skills and excellent attention to detail
The ability to self-motivate in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment with competing deadlines
Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to work with a moderate degree of autonomy
Preferred
Experience with Adaptive Insights and Power BI reporting is a plus
