Responsibilities
Create short-form vertical video content for social media
Shoot and edit content across various locations and scenarios
Learn how to create authentic, scroll-stopping content that drives real results
Work directly with the founding team & big names in marketing on content strategy
See your content perform in real campaigns with real budgets
Potentially travel to San Francisco, NYC, Miami, or DC to film/edit on-location
Qualification
Required
Portfolio showing short-form social content (TikTok, Reels, Stories style)
Comfortable shooting on mobile/minimal equipment if needed
Video editing skills (any software)
Understanding of organic vs. polished content
Ability to work independently and move quickly
Available for 15-25 hours per week
Preferred
Experience with paid social content
Understanding of Meta/TikTok algorithms
UGC or lifestyle content creation background
Able to travel to DC, NYC, Miami, San Francisco to shoot on-location
