Responsibilities

Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, cold outreach, and local partnerships
Maintain continuous pipeline for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles
Conduct daily outreach to passive and active candidates via phone, email, and social platforms
Attend job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach initiatives as needed
Manage requisitions from intake to campus hand off
Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, urgency, and ideal candidate profiles
Screen resumes, conduct phone/video interviews, and assess candidate fit
Coordinate interviews, feedback, and next steps
Prepare and extend offers in alignment with compensation guides
Ensure candidates complete all required application and pre-employment steps
Maintain accurate documentation and status updates in the ATS/HRIS and all trackers
Ensure recruiting practices remain compliant with federal, state, and local regulations

Qualification

Required

Associates Degree and at least 5 years of recruiting experience
