Territory Sales Representative
Spectra360 is one of the top-rated commercial staffing and recruitment firms, seeking a competitive and passionate Territory Sales Representative to expand their staffing services in the Inland Empire. The role involves developing and maintaining a client database, conducting field calls, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a database of qualified prospective clients
Conduct Field Calls throughout your designated territory
Make outbound calls that move prospects through the sales funnel
Conduct thorough discovery meetings and identify sales opportunities
Provide detailed staffing solutions customized for individual clients’ needs
Create and deliver sales presentations, negotiate pricing and establish terms of service
Achieve KPI's thru weekly metrics
Consistently close and achieve monthly sales targets
Qualification
Required
Must have a minimum of 3 years sales experience within a service-based industry, preferably the Staffing Industry
Must be willing to commute to Ontario Branch 3 times a week
3+ year track record in B2B sales, preferably in the staffing industry or any other service related industry
Extensive experience working with a CRM
Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task changing priorities
Ability to work independently while still collaborating as part of a team
Exceptional customer service skills that develop 'clients for life'
