Specialist, Visual Merchandising

Pandora is the world's largest jewellery brand, and they are seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to support their growing team in North America. The role involves overseeing visual merchandising implementation, coaching team members, managing processes, and ensuring excellence in stores across a specific district.

Responsibilities

Coach to 5B and 5C
Completes complicated tasks
Manages and improves basic process
Training – advanced knowledge with a broader knowledge of theory and principle within discipline
Communication – works with field retail team including DSD, DSM, and SM to share factual guidelines, policies and procedures, and may challenge or influence discussion
Responsible for overseeing VM implementation and execution within a specific district
Partners with Sales Director to understand and support in store needs
Follows and executes in store against NAM VM directives
Supports store communication, questions, challenges & prep
Manages photo compliance, One Door campaign claims, and supports operational functions
Provide feedback and reports based on campaign launches – review sales results
Ensure category growth metrics are in line with company goals
Support NSO process including site visits
Extensive travel required

Required

Bachelor's degree
Preferred field of study in Visual Merchandising, Retail, and store planning
5+ years of experience in Retail Visual Merchandising
Experience in project management & store planning
Experience in merchandise planning
Experience in customer service
Excellent verbal and written skills
Collaborative, team player
Organizational skills
Ability to work in fast paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel), Adobe Suite, In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop
