Responsibilities
Place inventory and operational orders with manufacturing partners, including finished goods, raw materials, packaging, flow wrappers, and equipment
Monitor inventory across online marketplaces and coordinate replenishment based on internal forecasting models
Create and manage product listings across Amazon, Walmart, Faire, Airgoods, and other marketplaces using internal SEO and listing SOPs
Track marketplace performance, including category rankings, keyword performance, and product visibility
Source and evaluate raw material suppliers and potential manufacturing partners for new and existing products
Coordinate logistics, including retail order deliveries and inventory movement between warehouses and fulfillment partners
Draft, manage, and track contracts while ensuring compliance with Quality Assurance standards
Support hiring by prospecting candidates, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews
Handle invoice creation and support payroll administration
Step in on new or unexpected operational challenges and work through solutions independently
Qualification
Required
Highly organized and disciplined with strong attention to detail
Ambitious, dependable, and trustworthy—we need someone we can rely on
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
Comfortable working independently with guidance, not constant direction
Clear communicator who can coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams
Thrives in fast-moving, early-stage environments
Preferred
Experience in operations, supply chain, e-commerce, marketplaces, or CPG is a plus—but not required for the right operator
