MAG Aerospace is currently looking to hire a SharePoint Administrator to support their C5ISR customer located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. This role is responsible for managing, enhancing, and supporting an established SharePoint Online environment serving over 200 users, ensuring the platform remains secure and optimized for collaboration.

Responsibilities

Manage SharePoint Online site collections, hubs, subsites, lists, libraries, and content structures
Maintain and optimize metadata, content types, views, and document management practices
Oversee permissions and access control using SharePoint groups and Azure AD security groups
Monitor site performance, storage usage, and overall health
Implement improvements to site navigation, usability, and information architecture
Support, troubleshoot, and enhance Power Apps forms and applications connected to SharePoint
Maintain and optimize Power Automate workflows, including approvals, notifications, and data integrations
Monitor flow performance, error logs, and environment health
Collaborate with business users to refine automation and streamline processes
Provide Tier 2/3 support for SharePoint and workflow-related issues
Develop user guides, quick reference materials, and training sessions
Promote best practices for document management, collaboration, and workflow usage
Partner with business units to understand needs and translate them into SharePoint solutions

Required

3+ years of experience administering SharePoint Online environments
Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
Strong understanding of SharePoint permissions, governance, and information architecture
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Admin Center and SharePoint Admin Center
Experience with JSON formatting, PowerShell (PnP), and basic REST API usage
Ability to troubleshoot complex issues involving workflows, permissions, and integrations
Strong communication skills and ability to support a diverse user base

Preferred

Experience supporting 200+ user environments
Familiarity with Microsoft Purview (DLP, retention, sensitivity labels)
Experience with Teams/SharePoint integration and content lifecycle management
Power BI experience for reporting and analytics
Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-700, MS-600, PL-200, SC-900)
