Junior BI Analyst
Duelbits is a crypto-native entertainment platform that operates at the intersection of crypto culture, gaming, and internet entertainment. They are seeking a Junior BI Analyst to sharpen analytical skills, support data-driven decision making, and contribute to the development of a new Business Intelligence department.

Responsibilities
Work closely with the Senior Business Analyst to support data-driven decision making across the business
Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries to analyze large datasets related to users, transactions, product performance, and marketing activity
Produce recurring and ad-hoc analyses to support teams across Acquisition, CRM, Casino, Sportsbook, Predict, VIP, AML & Fraud, and Customer Support
Help define, track, and improve key business metrics and KPIs across different departments
Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide clear, actionable insights to stakeholders
Assist in data exploration and deep-dive analyses to understand user behavior, funnels, retention, and monetization
Ensure data accuracy and consistency by validating sources, metrics, and logic
Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions
Gradually take ownership of analyses end-to-end, from problem definition to insight communication
Continuously improve analytical skills, business understanding, and domain knowledge with the goal of evolving into a well-rounded Business Analyst
Own the analysis of website performance using Google Analytics 4, including acquisition, engagement, conversion funnels, and attribution
Configure, validate, and maintain GA4 event tracking, conversions, and key parameters, working closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure correct implementation
Qualification
Required
Strong SQL skills are mandatory (ability to write complex queries, joins, aggregations, and work with large datasets)
Fluent English, both written and spoken
Educational background in a quantitative field such as Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or similar
Strong numerical mindset with high attention to detail and data accuracy
Curiosity, critical thinking, and a strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Ability to structure ambiguous problems and break them down into analytical steps
Interest in data, business performance, and how data can drive better decisions
Comfortable working in a fully remote, asynchronous, and international team
Strong working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly in a high-ownership environment
Preferred
Interest in iGaming, crypto, or online entertainment is a strong advantage
Prior exposure (academic or professional) to analytics, BI, data analysis, or reporting is a plus
Strong working experience with Google Analytics 4, including event-based tracking design, funnel analysis, attribution concepts, and data quality validation
Experience with BI tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus, but not mandatory
