Responsibilities
Deliver electrical designs on time and to quality expectations
Collaborate with stakeholders to keep projects on track
Participate in design reviews and technical discussions
Support the development of special and custom designs
Identify and lead improvements to engineering processes and products
Define and document requirements for system enhancements
Support testing, validation, and deployment of tools and solutions
Provide technical support to customers and internal teams
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
3+ years of relevant engineering experience
Distribution transformer design experience (internship experience considered)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Experience collaborating across teams and functions
