Responsibilities
Partner with cross-functional teams including product design, consumer insights, merchandising, and brand marketing to translate opportunities into bold visual identities and concept expressions that inspire athletes and consumers globally
Build visual frameworks that scale across sport while allowing for expressive, sport-specific interpretation
Ensure consistency at the brand level while enabling each Field of Play to feel authentic, intentional, and culturally grounded
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in design or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
4+ years of professional design experience
Strong passion for sport, athlete culture, and storytelling
Expertise in art direction, graphic design, motion, and spatial design
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, Miro & Figma
Knowledge of 3D tools
Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and world-building
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining creative quality
Curiosity and fluency in emerging creative technology, including AI
