Income FP&A Leader - Commercial Engines
GE Aerospace is a leader in commercial propulsion systems, managing a fleet of over 45,000 engines. They are seeking a finance leader for the Commercial Engines & Services team to oversee planning, forecasting, and analytics while supporting the CFO and FP&A leadership team in driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities
Owns the Income Statement planning, forecasting and reporting for Commercial Engine Operation (CEO). Planning cycles includes annual 10 year Strategy plan, annual budget, quarter forecasts and monthly actual reporting and estimate (MOR)
Coordinate and execute planning and reporting tasks and ensure all product line complete their financial roll up timely and accurately to meet overall CEO submission timeline
Lead close related reporting and quarterly Income wrap review with senior finance leadership
Lead Profit walk reporting for CEO and deployment of Profit walks to Product line to facilitate monthly actual reporting and for all planning cycles
Regularly offer guidance and solutions to Leadership team on operational drivers impacting Profit
Drive standard work across forecast/close reporting and planning across CEO processes
Share best practices across Product Lines and drive standard work and continuous improvements in CEO cash management (Lean)
Own CEO Hyperion system maintenance and enhancements, including user training as part of system onboarding
Qualification
Required
Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting from an accredited university or college
At least 6 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or Controllership is preferred
Preferred
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
Expert level technical skill on Excel and Hyperion
Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects cross-functionally
Experience with big data and visualization tools
Proven track record of driving financial performance
Evidence of leveraging lean (FLIGHT DECK) to improve processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
