Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business office
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Administer payroll processes
Onboard new associates
Administer employee benefits
Conduct orientation for new hires
Understand and uphold employee law
Qualification
Required
Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred
Medicaid billing experience may be required based on state acceptance
2-4 years' experience in a financial role in a Senior Housing Setting preferred
Excellent organizational
Experienced Human Resource leader
Comfortable with the state labor laws
Must have payroll experience
Computer and systems literate
Proven leader
