Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management for dealership initiatives
Coordinate pre-production, production, and post-production activities
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports
Coordinate with vendors, studios, post-production houses, and freelancers
Ensure clear communication across all stakeholders
Oversee post-production workflows including editing, graphics, audio, color, and QC
Ensure delivery requirements are met for networks, streamers, or clients
Manage versioning, approvals, and final asset delivery
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3–5+ years of project management experience, preferably in automotive retail, multi-location retail, or operations
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, MS Project)
Applicants must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the US
Applicants must have a valid driver's license
