Responsibilities
Develop, update, review, and deliver (instruct/present) required POI techniques, tactics, and procedures for all course material
Qualification
Required
Meet the Master Training Instructor MRTC PR/SERE requirements and have been awarded the MRTC PR/SERE Master training instructor rating
Must be nominated in writing by the Task Lead to perform instructor training duties IAW the SOW and PR/SERE requirements
Minimum of 20 courses conducting training independently in a FSLC SERE Course as Certified HRTI at the MARFORSOC PR/SERE Program
Must also meet all requirements of a PR/SERE Senior Instructor
Position requires an active SECERT clearance
Preferred
Perform instructor training duties IAW the SOW: 5 years
HRTI SERE Instructor duties: 1 year
Certified HRTI at the MARFORSOC PR/SERE Program
MRTC PR/SERE Master training instructor rating
