Responsibilities
Collect and analyze data to provide technical resolutions
Provide remote troubleshooting support for break/fix issues
Provide escalation and status updates to MDA customers
Provide technical support for enterprise projects that affect Service Desk workflows
Resolve daily battle rhythm tasks
Track all work using the Remedy ticketing system
Utilize the mature knowledge database to assist customers
Qualification
Required
Must have 4, or more, years of general (full-time) work experience
Must have 6 months (or more) of IT experience
Must have IT Customer Service Experience
Must have a current DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (ex: Security+)
Must have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance by date of hire
Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position
Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation
Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance
Must be able to travel, including air travel
Must have a valid Driver's License
Preferred
Have an ITILv3 Foundations certification
Have Remedy experience
Have desktop support, service desk/help desk or call center experience
