Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, including initial setup, configuration, and training
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation of our software solutions
Conduct training sessions and webinars to educate clients on how to effectively use our platform
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting during the implementation phase, ensuring all client issues are resolved promptly
Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure a seamless handoff post-implementation and monitor client satisfaction
Gather client feedback and work with the Product team to drive continuous improvement of our platform
Create and maintain comprehensive onboarding and training materials
Qualification
Required
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred
Familiarity with insurance or compliance industries is a plus
