Responsibilities

Manage all mailroom operations: receiving, sorting, scanning, distributing, and filing
Track client correspondence for Registered Agent services
Maintain client records and communication logs in CRM and Excel
Assist the Renewals Processing Team with data entry, file organization, and correspondence
Ensure accurate logging and forwarding of time-sensitive legal documents, including certified mail and service of process
Coordinate internal mail and document handling with other departments
Generate reports on mail processing and document tracking
Provide general office and clerical support
Process registered agent mail and track annual reports/renewal audits
Communicate with clients via phone and email

Required

At least 6 months of administrative or mailroom experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective communication skills in a team environment
Professional demeanor, reliability, and punctuality
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
High School diploma or GED
Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation for local Reno travel
Computer and copy skills

Preferred

Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and CRM software
